Me to: [urq] exhaust turbine hitting housing???

Check your alternator rubbing on the intercooler. If  the rubber mounts 
for the intercooler get sloppy they tend to hit. Do it soon before it 
scrubs a hole through the soft aluminum.  Ask me how I know :)
