Yesterday I received the latest issue of Hemmings Motor News, which is a 
"Special Collectors Issue". It lists year by year highlights from 1954-2004. You 
must remember that this is a publication dedicated to "collecting", not sport 
or enthusiast cars per se.
Lo and behold 1983 has an URQ as a historically significant automotive 
benchmark. 
More perspective is that there are 3 (yes a measly 3) adds for Audis in the 
main part of the publication (which is mostly adds) compared to 2.5 pages of 
Ferraris, 2.5 pages of Bentleys, etc.
I think there is less Audi exposure than any other manufacturer. And yet they 
saw fit to recognize it on page 100.
Truly incredible....and COOL!
