While it's true that the fenders are the same (except for the lips being
rolled), the rear bumper cover _is_ different; i.e., slightly wider.  At
least this is the case with my '85 as compared to the two '83s I've had.
Truth be told, I think the narrower '83 version actually looks a bit nicer
(although not so much so that I'm willing to trade my '85 version for one!).
