[urq] early vs. late fenders

The plastic extension was used only on the '84... and not all of them either... later '85 and up cars have different rear valance to cover the 8" rims.
Bentley manual has a trace outline if you ever want to make one of these pieces to use on an '83...

Again, sheetmetal looks the same with the exception of rolled inner lip.
You can get away without rolling it only if you use 205/50 or 205/55 tires.  Anything wider or on a lowered car will rub.
