[urq] Help: Urgent Wisdom Required !

Yes, I think the plate is there to keep the camber adjustment in place. I
don't think there would be a catastrophic suspension failure if they were
not there..., but the alignment would not hold and would have to be
re-adjusted on a weekly basis..

I'd have him put those in...as it was designed..
