[urq] Cold start fuel enrichment in Boost

Speed density is unfortunately all but "the modern method". Almost all 
currently-available OEM systems use MAF and not speed density.


Still makes Megasquirt good value for money though, maybe not as accurate 
as a latest generation Motronic, but you can't beat that price!
