[urq] Cold start fuel enrichment in Boost

Have you looked at Megasquirts' website?  I'm completely sold on it!!!  This
EFI system will work on anything...(even chainsaws..), and all info is
available (even the source code, not proprietory like most systems), so you
have complete freedom to use any type sensors, fuel injectors, etc.  All
engine management calculations are done by the "Speed density" method...the
modern method.  And best of all EFI for under $300!!!
