[urq] early vs late fender flares

What amazes me is how insignificant the difference between the two are. I had this conversation with Gary Brown last summer an didn't believe him. Later at Lime Rock Vintage Festival in September we had Mark K's white 85 parked next to Mark W's 83 and the 85's rear looked huge compaired to Mark W's skinny 83. Reminds me of the difference between an LT1 Vette and a LT5 Vette. Mike C
