[urq] Cold start fuel enrichment in Boost

I am afraid so. In Switzerland, each non OEM part installed has to come
with certificate, and needs to be registered in your cars papers.
Certification for EFI would cost more than the car is worth. Even the
brake pedal rubber has to be there. No fancy (and better/safer) pedals
here mate. Switzerland is probably the most restrictive country
regarding not just a car. Heavy duty emission control regs also, the
very reason that I stay with pre cat 86 Urq. Unfortunately these models
have basic CIS, where enrichment is controlled via warm up regulator,
and K-star introduces electronic control of w/reg valve, but Lambda
needs to be introduced into the system, which is hopefully hidden
enough, not to be noticed by an inspection tech. Pressure relief and
check valve that I am just about to install, is going to be dismantled
before every inspection, or it wouldn't pass the test. Like that.
Regards,
Ado
