[urq] UPG-CT 2004..First call

Sounds great!  All weekends are fine for me as long as I can get the car
running correctly by then, a few months is plenty of time.  I'd be driving
out from Chicago, so joining in with others on the way or caravaning with
other Chicago drivers (Scott J, Scott Doherty, other UrQs that I've seen
but don't know the owners of) would be good for me.
