[urq] Accelerator Linkage Question/Help

Ths is a reasonably common failure. You need two foam
rubber bushings (same PN), one goes on the end of the
accelerator pedal rod and the other goes on the
counterweight. They deteriorate and then the cable is
no longer connected to anything. As a temporary fix,
you can usually connect the cable directly to the
pedal rod, but it's only temporary.
