[urq] dual bulb rear lights

My '85 actually had that extra ground wire already
with the single filament bulb holder. Anyway, I maybe
didn't make my point earlier. It's not really that my
brake lights are dim, but that there's no visual
difference between tail and brake other than
intensity. I know this was all cars before '89, but
these days a lot of lazy and bored (or too young to
remember) folks on the hiway might miss it.

I'm glad to hear about the other 3rd brake light
projects, but Steve, stay out of the dumpster!
