[urq] Wheel size and offset

Ben,

I played with various spacers and my 17x8" ET35mm
wheels with 235/40 tires.  The 10mm spacers rubbed in
the front fenders, the 5mm and 8mm both worked fine
and no spacer at all worked fine.  I ended up using
the the 8mm spacers because they looked the best.  The
wheel/tire is vertically lined up perfectly with the
fender line.  Looks great.
