[urq] Wheel size and offset

I am running Fuchs on mine now.  Actually the wheels and tires are off an
'88 5000 turbo quattro - 205/60 15".  They seem to work fine and I've had no
clearance problems.  But they are just to get me by until I get the right
ones.
