[urq] Brake Booster Rebuild Kit

All this talk about brake boosters has motivated me to give some
input/questions. I'm currently doing a turbo conversion on my 4kq with an
WR engine. Since I know of many who have done this without an external
vacuum pump, I have assumed that turbo engines produce enough manifold
vacuum to supply the brake booster. Does anyone know this to be true?
Also, I've have thought of using a Idle stablizer valve to work in
(parallel) and in place of a cam driven vacuum pump..(like on the 4kq's)..
Has anyone else tried this, or is this even necessary on high vacuum turbo
engines?
Justin
