[urq] Front Brake Upgrades

Brandon,
If you went with the A4 carriers and rotors, it should
fit with your 15" wheels. The B5 A4 1.8T stock wheels
were 15". I'm afraid I did not do a test fit when I
had the opportunity, but I bet you could find a
friendly A4 owner in your area to try it.
