[urq] Front Brake Upgrades

I assume this upgrade will not work with 15" wheels, correct?  Currently I
have G60s on the 276 mm rotors and the are is no room between them and the
Fuchs winter wheels.  Unless the caliper is real "skinny", I don't see how a
bigger rotor will fit under there..
