[urq] Urq brake pedal behaviour

Hi all

At recent test, engineer complained about the brake system behaviour, stating that brake pedal shouldn't travel any
further if pressed successfully several times while the car is stationary and running. The first time pedal holds
normal, second time, after momentary hold, it goes a little further down, third a little further, until eventually it
goes to the floor, while brakes still holding fine. This never happens while in motion. Never noticed it before, since
this motion is normally used when bleeding brakes, but can't verify, since my other Urq is not in running state; could
anyone try and confirm please.
