I overhauled my clutch hydraulics a year or two ago, and looked into an
aftermarket replacement (i.e. Earl's, Aeroquip, etc.) at the time.  I
could not find anyone that had the special ends on the hose.  In the
end, I bought a new one from Audi, and the price was not too terrible.
The only option you may have is for the place to reuse your existing ends
and crip on a new hose.
