[urq] brakes problem

Strange issue here but this will be a lay up for the vets here.

My brakes seem to work fine for normal around town driving.  However, when I hit the brakes suddenly (meaning I apply brake pressure hard quickly) there is brake stiffness and it takes about 0.75 seconds for the brakes to start working.   It's like there is a delay and then only after the delay does the brake pedal depress and start operating the calipers.   Then after the 0.75 seconds they seem to work normally except that I can bottom the brake peddle on the floor... which does not seem good.

Bomb issue?
