[urq] brakes problem

about 0.75 seconds for the brakes to start working.   It's like there is a delay and then only
after the delay does the brake pedal depress and start operating the calipers.   Then after
the 0.75 seconds they seem to work normally except that I can bottom the brake peddle on the
floor... which does not seem good.

Sounds like the proportioning valve.

Do a good bleed as per http://www.isham-research.com/quattro/brake_bleeding.html paying
special attention to the proportioning valve and the front lines.
