[urq] Appraiser

I asked my insurance company about this also... they didnt seem to care 
if the car is worth more than blue book. No matter if I took out an 
additional policy or got appraisals or showed receipts.  If I total my 
'85 UrQ with RS2 drivetrain Id get a nice check for about $1500 from the 
insurance company.  Just make sure they will honor an appraisal!!

Needles to say, Im shopping for another insurance company now.
