[urq] UrQ Brake Pressure regulator

     When trying to specify a replacement regulator when changing to G60s I 
looked carefully at the specs in the Bentley book. If my interpretation of the 
curves and data is correct then initially, relatively light to medium braking, 
there is a fairly linear proportionality between front and rear. However as 
one goes to heavy braking, and therefore more relative front wheel loading, the 
pressure to the rear is actually limited at some point presumably to prevent 
lock up. This action is obviously somewhat more sophisticated than either a 
straight limiting valve or a simple proportioning valve.
