[urq] Time Delay Relays OAC (no not On Approved Credit, Only Audi Content)

the installation of the relay is not complex at all, only five wires from
looking at wiring diagrams for after-run on an '87 CGT, and I am not trying
to cool the engine or the exhaust system, hot is better for them. just
intake air, cool the inlet air charge, cool is better. Best, Bill
