[urq] Elbow hose toast

Sorry if this has been mentioned recently -- I'm only 565 messages behind
:-O , but I just found what's causing my stumbling problem (reason I parked
the urq some months ago).  The elbow hose from the metal intake sleeve to
the turbo inlet, P/N 035 145 747 A on mine (H according to ETKA) was chafed
right through by the zebra clamp screw on the Intercooler to intake hose
:-( .  Any idea how much this little puppy will set me back.  It appears to
have a mini pressure-relief-valve built in...
