[urq] relayed starter

I've located my relay on the firewall just to the
right of the coil.  the wiring was the most fun.  i
have it going all the way around the fuel distributor
and intake igloo and then down behind the heeadlight. 
it goes then to a piece of shiny heatshield stuff (i
found on a 4000 at the junkyard) that is zip-tied to
the oil cooler line, then taps into the starter
wiring. i ran two wires down so i didn't have to go
back thru the firewall.  maybe or maybe not a good
idea, but it works.  also while you're under there,
use safety wire to hold a bit of insulation around the
starter to keep it a bit cooler
