[urq] Power steering reservoir

Power Steering Reservoir.Trying to add fluid but cap
is super tight and don't want to crank to hard. The
picture in the Bentley shows a wing nut on top mine is
not there. There is a threaded bolt with a round piece
with a hole for the bolt on the top its flat and has
rough edges and appears as though it spins right off.
But in the Bentley second picure it shows the entire
top off. Does this one spin off? Both appear to but I
don't to crank on the wrong one. I know this is newbie
question but the 4kq is plastic and twists right off.
I'd like to be able to do this tonite. Appreciate
