[urq] fender rolling on 83 urq

Hi All,
My 83 urq, lowered on H&Rs and Bilsteins, wears 225/45-17 tires on
17x7.5ET40 mags. In normal driving with driver only, they don't rub. On big
bumps, or smaller ones with more than one occupant, they do rub in the back.
In the front, rubbing happens on sidewalk ramps when the wheels are turned.
In the front, simple fender rolling should do the trick. In back, though,
there is minor contact, with the fender lip which rolling will solve. But,
there is also contact with the screw heads and lip that anchor the bumper
valence. I don't want to try and bend that out of the way. If it cracks, I'm
FUBAR'ed.
Any tips on fender rolling or suggestions on how to solve the rear clearance
problem?
