Owner sticks a blue wire in slot labeled #16 on the
fuse block.  The 
fuel relay that is supposed to go there is missing. 
This are is marked L 
- for relay L.    So who knows what's up with this. 
HELP.

The fuel pump relay is not located on the fuse box,
it's up in an auxilliary fuse block, so it's not the
fuel pump.

Car might have been lowered.  PO says 225/50x15s
sometimes rub.

225/50x15s will rub sometimes with a pre-84 car.
That's why Audi rolled the rear fenders on the '84 and
later cars and that's why I rolled the rear fenders on
my '83.
