[urq] K26 from Uri MB in 3B?

IntendedAcceleration has done this with 200s and S4s
and they fly.  The lag is worse than an RS2, but the
power once spooled is similar.  The turbo from a 10v
200 is the water jacketed one and is about half the
price of an RS2.
