[urq] Stebro Exhaust

I agree with Martin, the Stebro muffler I have on my 4kq, while it did
increase the performance, the quality of the welds on the pipes were
awful!!! The weld between the dual exhaust output pipes broke and had to
take it to a muffler shop within a week after I got it!!! If you can find a
better SS exhaust brand....go with it...
