I did ask about front/rear proportion after the change and the guy said it wouldn't be a problem.   I'm thinking of having just the rears changed at first as the dragging front doesn't seem to be that bad to me (only 30 pounds of resistance to turn front tire).   But maybe switching just the rears will give me a proportioning problem.   Right now I just want an emergency brake.
