have changed the starter (new) - no difference.
Changed battery (new) - no difference.
Checked fuel pressures - fine
Changed injectors & seals (new) - no difference
New leads, rotor & cap - no difference.
Cold start injector tested and works as it should.
No apparent air leaks
1) What type/brand of new starter? Aftermarket and some rebuilt units do NOT
turn anywhere near as fast as OE, and therefore don't pull the volume of air &
lift the FD plate as high or as fast.
2) "Fuel pressures fine". Does this include AFTER shutdown? If so, don't
worry about the ck valve.
3) Disconnect the CS valve and try it after overnight. That will give you a
clue if it improves or doesn't change. I have an on/off switch wired to my CS
valve to disable when warm or hot. I use it only when stone cold, and only till
fire up- then disable, and it starts and runs much smoother.
4) How sure are you about the "apparent" air leaks? Have you pressure tested
the intake system to find leaks. That will expose leaks otherwise
undetectable. Any even slight leaks can mess up idle and starting. Does it idle well?
HTH

Thanks
Dennis
