[urq] Upper Wastegate Hose on '83 Ur Quattro

Justin, the same port on my no longer hot to touch suction hood aka "igloo" on my WX meanderers off to my evaporative system, I really can not see any effect on the waste gate by that port being hosed to the suction hood, it would just be airflow, the vacuum level would be negligible(airfilter restriction), same as venting it to atmosphere. no vacuum available there Justin. Bill
