[urq] Help - Now even leg presses won't get my alternate sliding

As far as the tuning fork shaped bracket that holds
the bottom of the alternator I removed the forward
half of the tuning fork so I can place my foot
squarely on the alternator and leg press it towards
the passenger side. Won't move.
I think the 80mm bolt (035 903 285) with it's square
section behind it's round head must be jambed up in
the bracket slot. Shouldn't that bolt be easy to
remove? Mine is locked in there.
Alt belt broke - so I just want to get the new one
one. Plan is to get a new bolt, then maybe remove
alternator with bracket attached and work it from a
bench or vise. Of course plan B is I can probably
drive the car to a shop within 5 miles and make it
their problem.
