[urq] Help - Now even leg presses won't get my alternate sliding

Does your "tuning fork" have ratchet-like teeth in the top section. If it
does, you have to turn the outer, larger "nut" on the bolt which goes
through the tuning fork into the alt. This will wind the alternator in. Have
a look at this picture - is yours this style?
