[urq] Finally re-assembled engine and car...won't start

That is, in fact, what I did Steve.  The car started on the first try
after getting the distributor coil to fire.  The issue now is that it
will die if I don't use the throttle to keep it a 1000rpm.  Both
Brandon and a local mechanic friend of mine suggest that a vacuum leak
is the likely problem, so that's what I'm trying now.
