[urq] 4KQ LED voltmeter : conversion to a air-fuel ratio meter?

Hi there,

Is it possible to convert a standard 4KQ LED voltmeter (from the center 
panel) to show the air-fuel ratio ?

The volmeter range is normally 8 to 16 volts; the O2 sensor has an output 
of 0.1V to 1.0V. 
I know the LEDs will all be green (except the 8V bottom one which is red) 
and there is a "damping" circuitry in the voltmeter so the display is 
stable. 
But since it is free, and its guts are lying on my bench, and its the cold 
season here in Quebec, and I have still a few free nights (before the baby 
arrives), why not?...
