[urq] Head, manifold and downpipe removal

Not that getting the nuts off of the turbo->downpipe connection is
necessarily easy either. The furthest nut back was a big pain. And
it came out with the stud, but hey, what can you do?
Is the flexible metal portion really cheap? I'd heard that it was expensive.
The bolts at the WG->EM flange should be relatively easy to get to
from the top of the car and not so bad from the bottom if you've
removed the axle heat shield. I used a 3/8" drive with a copule of
long extensions on it at the bottom and a box-end wrench on the top.
I would strongly suggest putting some effort into breaking those
loose. Of course, they may be rounded out, rusted off nubs at this
point, in which case I'm completely full of it. The bolts that
connected my downpipe to my muffler were that way, replaced at some
point with SAE ones by the PO. I had to saw halfway through all three
of them with a hacksaw blade I'd wrapped the end of with duct tape,
then break them by twisting each end in the opposite direction. Not
fun.
