Not a bad point. I'm pretty pissed about the whole thing. Usually when an
order gets screwed up the people are apologetic and strive to make right.
I'm not getting that impression in this case....

I think you've got a fine case for voiding the credit card charges on the
whole damn thing -- you ordered a set of complimentary parts, not just the
bits you actually received. Let him worry about how to get half the system
back and start over.

I don't know if stopping in would do any good. I've already contacted my
card company to try and reverse charges - at least for the rear section I
never received. This was not a great week and this was not a great way to
end it....
