[urq] Head, manifold and downpipe removal

I put the head back on the car with both manifolds and the turbo
already attached. I didn't have any guide pins because I couldn't
find my old head bolts to cut the tops off of, but a friend helped me
position the head and the gasket. Between the two of use we were able
to get everything lined up properly.

I would definitely recommend removing the head from the car this way
too. I tried for a couple of hours to get the intake manifold off of
the head while it was still in the car, there are a couple of bolts
that are near impossible to reach at that angle.
