[urq] Head, manifold and downpipe removal

With respect to inlet manifold removal, this is straightforward with the
headlamps removed, fuel distributor and airbox removed and using Phil
Payne's suggested long ball end 6 mm Allen key in the "Special Tools"
section towards the end.
