[urq] Head, manifold and downpipe removal

Maybe I approached this from the wrong direction but, from below, it was
easier to tackle the bolts at the bottom of the concertina section (ended up
cutting one off with a Dremel) - the upper ones attached to the wastegate
looked impossible as they are partially obscured by the bellows of the
concertina section. From above, one of the two cast iron braces from the
transmission to engine bolts attached to the underside of two of the
concertina to wastegate bolts and I suspect this blocks access.
