[urq] Head, manifold and downpipe removal

I also took mine off at the bottom of the concertina pipe.

In response to Alan, yeah, I had seen that, but I had someone around
to help me so I just took the whole thing off.  Even with the two
manifolds and the turbo on it the head doesn't weight a ridiculous
amount.  It was really easy to get the IM off after I had it out of
the car.

If I had had no access to any kind of help I would have done it "the
right way" with a good ball-end hex key.  I figure that was the first
and last time I'll ever do that job on the stock engine though.
