Does not mean that your car doesn't have the newer oil pump with larger
threads.
I've BTDT on few stock 2.1 cars, all had the smaller threaded oil pumps...

Also, on some early Ur oil pumps, the pressure relief valve orifice is
to small for the temp sender plunger to fit. Couldn't find one that
does, so I changed the pump to the greater capacity one that superseded
it. IMO the sump plug is to exposed for damage.
