I guess somebody got "creative" and plumbed your gauge into the vaccum
reserve at rest...
Try to "empty" the reserves by actuating the AC recirculation flap and/or
the diff lock actuators. Then your display should be ok.

Subject
[urq] Boost gauge

Hey guys-
WRT the in-dash boost gauge - where 0 is at the bottom and "1" is midway
and it goes to "2". I've always been under the impression these were
tsuppose dto sit at "1" when off (horizontal needle) and show boost and
vacuum. Mine sits at "0", so the needle is pointing down and hence will
not show vacuum. I figured somebody had "corrected" this for me in the
apst, but in looking at it last night (out of car) I just don't see how it
can be messed with.

Anybody know how to alter their initial reading? Anybody else's gauge sit
at "0" when car is off?

TIA-

Brandon
