[urq] UrQ Spam

I've received two or three weird things with scary attachments that
allegedly came from Nathan Engelbert.  Of course, I'd be pretty sure
Nathan's not spamming us, but he may have a problem.  No actual virus
detection, but I usually just delete stuff that looks too odd.  Anyone else?
