[urq] UrQ Spam

Hmmm,

Nathan here, I'm pretty sure I'm not spamming you guys as well.  I send
email through a web interface most of the time, I'd like to assume it's
virus free, and norton doesn't pop up any viruses on my home computer.
I'll ask the admin for my email about it.
