[urq] Finally re-assembled engine and car...won't start

The ususal suspect is the distributor orientation, and Hall sender window.  
When we did Brandon's car a couple of years ago, I checked it 4 times with no  
joy, but in the end that was it. Also check the connections for the top dead  
center sensor.
