[urq] Finally re-assembled engine and car...won't start

Distributor setting is even easier than that - put the engine at TDC #1 then 
move the distributor until the mark on the outer edge lines up with the mark 
on the hall sender shield.

If it's not that then you should get another clue - the ecu should fire the 
coil once to indicate that the fault doesn't lie in the coil circuits.

All this assumes that the WX works the same as the WR.
